Registration & Submission > How toREGISTRATION and SUBMISSION are now open. Poster contributions are invited about all topics relevant to the conference theme - the scientific committee will consider these quickly after submission, in terms of pertinence as well as available space. We will inform you about acceptance of your contribution as soon as possible after submission. Submission procedure: NOTE that full registration required both registering on the conference website (step 1 & 2) and ALSO registering on the payment facility (step 3). 1- create your personal account on our website following the link, 2- If you want to submit a poster Log on your account and submit your poster abstract in the "submission" sheet of your personal space, and wait for your poster approval before paying the registration fees. DEADLINE for abstract submission is SEPTEMBER 15th. Maximum poster dimensions are 118 cm (height) x 84,1 cm (width) = A0 in PORTRAIT format. Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and material to hang your poster. 3- Proceed to payment of the registration fees Please note that both filling the registration form and proceed to fee payment are mandatory to complete you registration to the conference. Registration fees include lunches, coffee breaks, as well as the welcome aperitif and the dinner during the poster session on thursday evening.
