Registration & Submission > How to


Poster contributions are invited about all topics relevant to the conference theme - the scientific committee will consider these quickly after submission, in terms of pertinence as well as available space. We will inform you about acceptance of your contribution as soon as possible after submission.

Submission procedure: NOTE that full registration required both registering on the conference website (step 1 & 2) and ALSO registering on the payment facility (step 3).

1- create your personal account on our website following the link,

2- If you want to submit a poster

Log on your account and submit your poster abstract in the "submission" sheet of your personal space, and wait for your poster approval before paying the registration fees.

DEADLINE for abstract submission is SEPTEMBER 15th.

Maximum poster dimensions are 118 cm (height) x 84,1 cm (width) = A0 in PORTRAIT format. Poster areas will be equipped with poster boards and material to hang your poster.

3- Proceed to payment of the registration fees

Please note that both filling the registration form and proceed to fee payment are mandatory to complete you registration to the conference.

Registration fees include lunches, coffee breaks, as well as the welcome aperitif and the dinner during the poster session on thursday evening.

The process is as follows:

  1. Follow the link to Payment facility, choose your language and select our conference from the list of upcomming events.
  2. Pre-register by filling a short form regarding your personal information
  3. Wait until your pre-registration is validated by the Organizing committee and your abstract accepted by the scientific committee, you will receive an email from '' confirming your pre-registration. PLEASE note that the validation of your pre-registration can take a few days and that during this time, you will not be able to pay the conference fees.
  4. Follow the link provided in the email to proceed the payment
  5. Fill in another form and you pay either by credit-card
  6. You receive an email from '' confirming your payment
